Hi there! I am Peichi Jiang. I came from Taiwan, and I’m currently a Senior Graphic Designer based in Arizona. (Yes, I’m from the tropical area so I LOVE the heat!)
I have a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and had been working as an R&D Engineer in the semiconductor industry before I pivoted my career path to design, and I have been loving what I do ever since!
My coworkers sometimes joke that I treat my projects like a scientific research. I ask questions to clarify the goals, listen to my clients’ needs, and research their target audiences before I jump into the fun and creative pool. Also, with my Taiwanese background and being influenced by American culture, I enjoy finding the particular balance between the Asian elegant minimalist and American expressive styles.
I’m a brand-focused designer with experience developing logos and brand guidelines, as well as creating print and digital collateral including brochures, booklets, banners, web design, social posts, event signage, and environmental design. I enjoy translating ideas into clear, engaging design that supports brand goals across a range of touchpoints. I’m goal-driven, collaborative, and enjoy helping clients succeed through thoughtful design.
During my free time, I enjoy watching Taiwanese puppet drama shows, character drawing, watercolor painting, and working on miniature dollhouse and all kinds of arts and crafts.
